You know, just because February has come to an end, doesn’t mean we’re ending our daily practice of self-love.
All of the practices we’ve implemented for the last 27 days and all the ways we’ve cared for ourselves in February simply set the foundation for living a life built on self-love... a necessary component of living a FIERCE life.
Self-love can be difficult and sometimes messy. It requires showing up for yourself and doing the work, even when you’d rather be doing pretty much anything else.
It means trusting yourself and acting on the belief that you are worthy of love, acceptance, & connection, no matter what you look like, what you have or haven't done, or what you feel like.
