Instead of focusing on what you want to ADD in 2023, can we take some things OFF our plate? If you’re anything like me, your plate is already full. Spilling over, even! It’s time to BREAK FREE from the things holding us back and to SHAKE OFF the habits, mindsets, and routines that are bringing us down and keeping us rooted in the past.
So, let’s start the new year SHEDDING the things that hold us back so that we can spend the year fresh, focused, and a whole lot LIGHTER.
