Happy April! I want to be the person who emerges from winter with a pep in my step, full of energy, and ready to take on a new season. But instead, I’m feeling a bit sluggish. I want to be the person zinging with energy and bursting with excitement, but it feels more like a slog most days. While reinvention seems enticing, I need a goal that seems way more manageable than that. That’s why, this month, we’re getting back to the basics. Simple and effective daily goals that are low lift but have a huge impact on our emotional, physical, and mental well-being. You might even roll your eyes at how simple these suggestions are, but that’s kind of the point. Focusing on the “boring basics” will strengthen your foundation, allowing you to tackle bigger goals and challenges in the future. Instead of saying, "I already know that...", ask... |
