I have never been a big fan of working out but Coach D’s classes are amazing, I love them and her! My favorites are the strength/weight lifting classes but she also offers HIIT/cardio as well as stretch/recovery - there’s something for everyone. Nothing beats working out in person with a great group of women. This is by far the longest I’ve ever stuck to an exercise regimen. Highly recommend!
