What's better than practicing self-care during quarantine??? Making a game out of it! Ba-Boom!

Yup! We're playing Self-Care Bingo this week baby! And, most of this stuff are things we're already doing. BigbaddaBOOM!

So, how do we play? Simple!

  1. Print out your bingo card here or below
  2. Mark an "X" on each square as you complete it.
  3. Complete all squares by Friday, May 1st,
  4. Done!
  5. Bonus: Feel A-Mazing!

We're going to share pics of our Bingo cards in the FIERCE Connection on Wednesday and Saturday this week to keep our selves accountable & cheer each other on!

Gluten-free Pumpkin Donuts

These are delicious! I actually made them for dessert and used a regular-sized muffin so it made 12 "donut" muffins.
They are so satisfying and are great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, dessert, 2nd breakfast, quarantine treat and any other excuse we can come up with to eat!
Try them! Enjoy them! And if you have to... share them!

Flax Almond Meal Banana Muffins with Dark Chocolate (yum)

Here’s another “breakfast for dessert” muffin! It dessert gif breakfast if that floats your boat! Cinnamon, flax meal, & dark chocolate are some of my favorite flavors so this one was a must!!

Gluten free almond meal banana muffins with nutritious flaxseed meal and dark chocolate chunks. Low in carbs & sugar; high in protein and fiber!
