Transitioning into the fall

As the summer days wind down, I hope you’ve had time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the sunshine. 

I know many of us took a break from our usual routines (personally, I took more days off this summer than I have in the past 4 years!), and that’s a good thing! Taking time off allows us to reset and appreciate the ebb and flow of life... Our souls, bodies, & brains need that balance. But now that we’re gearing up for the fall, it’s time to get back into the swing of things.

3 Simple Steps to Get Back on Track

  • Start Small, Start Now: Begin with one small habit you can commit to daily. Whether it’s a 10-minute daily walk, a glass of water before your coffee, or 5 minutes of stretching before bed, starting small can create a ripple effect. Consistency is the secret to success—starting small makes it easier to stay consistent, setting you up for long-term progress.
  • Put Your Health First: As your schedule fills up with fall activities, make sure to prioritize time for yourself by booking YOU in your calendar FIRST. Your health is the cornerstone of everything you do. Whether it's fitting in a workout, prepping nutritious meals, or carving out some quiet time for reflection, treat your self-care like any other important appointment—non-negotiable and essential. Book YOU now so that you can schedule around these non-negotiables as your schedule starts to fill up.
  • Get Moving with Your Friends: One of the best ways to stay on track is to team up with friends. Community brings both accountability and joy... This is why our tribe & our classes are the heartbeat of everything do. Plan a workout date, join a class together, or simply check in with each other regularly. When you have support, you’re more likely to stick with your goals—and have fun while doing it.
