 As the days grow longer and nature comes back to life, spring invites us to do the same. It's the perfect time to pause, take a breath, and check in with yourself—not with judgment, but with curiosity and compassion. Let’s frame that reflection with two simple questions:

 

🌸 What’s blooming in your life right now?

What’s going well? What are you proud of? Where can you celebrate growth and WINS—big or small? 

🌱 Where could you plant new seeds?

Are there areas feeling stuck, neglected, or in need of love and support? How might you flip the script and nurture those spaces with encouragement, accountability, or a fresh perspective?

If winter left your routines a little out of sync, you’re not alone. Spring is nature’s built-in reboot—and it can be yours too. Here are some simple, powerful ways to refresh your habits and step into this new season with energy and intention:

🌞 Start small.

Tiny shifts lead to big changes. B.J. Fogg, author of Tiny Habits, recommends starting with habits so easy they feel almost silly—like taking a 3-minute stretch break or a short walk. These mini moments of movement can spark long-lasting momentum.

🌷 Create rhythm.

🌿 Remove friction.
