COVID Information
Due to COVID, we recommend selecting a single occupancy room if you aren’t comfortable sharing space with another person unless of course, you’re coming with a friend and you’re ok rooming together. We are not requiring proof of vaccination to request a roommate at this time. We will respect and follow any rules and laws that Taos & Santa Fe, NM, have in place to keep their cities and state safe.

- Our Friday night dinner will be at a restaurant in downtown Taos which will be separate so you can choose your own entrees/flavors

- Entrance fees to all sites we visit together

- Your round-trip airfare from home
- Transportation to and from airport if you land outside of pick-up times* from our group shuttle
- Specific times will be shared as we get closer to departure*
- Other non-included items: all souvenir shopping, food purchased while on solo time, alcohol purchased while on solo time, personal phone calls, any additional spa services at Ojo Santa Fe, taxis, and laundry.
- Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance
- You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.

Choose Your Room:
You have a choice of single, double or triple occupancy at Blue Sky Retreat.
Rooms are located on the main floor & the second floor. If you prefer a room on the main floor, please let us know.
Our Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $150 USD deposit.
- Any cancellation made between: December 15th, 2021 and February 14th, 2022 will result in a loss of 50% of the total trip price.
- Any cancellation made between: February 15th, 2022 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
- We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).
- Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
