I realized that FIERCE was what I used to be: strong and feminine, healthy and balanced, fit and fun, content and driven, confident and curious, and above all else, truly, wholeheartedly happy.
I knew I could get there again & was determined to figure out how.
As a personal trainer of 16 years at this point, the one thing I was certain of was fitness so I used that as my starting point.
What is FIIT FLOW?
FIIT Flow, our signature class of yoga meets cardio meets strength class where you can fuel your inner fire while finding peace and clarity. We combine your favorite yoga poses with short cardio blasts & full body strength moves in perfect harmony to build your strength, grace & power! FIIT FLOW is a time to come together to connect and take time for ourselves.
FIERCE & FIIT FLOW are so much bigger than just a workout. It is a time to come together to build a community; showing up not just for ourselves, but for each other and inspiring one another to dig a little deeper and push a little further. The energy is always electric as everyone comes together to prioritize their health and wellbeing- most of all we always have a lot of fun!
