Our retreat has a maximum of 14 rooms. 10 single rooms are available and 4 double rooms are available. We require a minimum of 14 women to offer our retreat.

2023 Updated Covid Protocols:
Due to COVID, we recommend selecting a single occupancy room if you aren’t comfortable sharing space with another person unless of course, you’re coming with a friend and you’re ok rooming together. We are not requiring proof of vaccination to request a roommate at this time.
FIERCE Pure Magic and The Vineyard Arts Project is committed to following CDC guidelines, the counsel of our COVID Compliance Advisor, and federal, state, and local mandates. The health and wellness of our team, our guests and communities remain our highest priority. In keeping with this ongoing commitment, updated state regulations, and the more positive (downward) trends in COVID statistics, we have updated our protocols and as of January 1, we moved to a “Mask Optional” protocol for both guests and staff.

What’s Not Included:
- Transportation to and from Edgartown & the Vineyard Arts Project
- Transportation to and from daily excursions/outings
- Many retreat goers are driving in which means we will have access to numerous vehicles we can all share for these day trips
- Other non-included items are: toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap, all souvenir shopping, food purchased while on solo time, personal phone calls, all spa/massage services, taxis, Ubers, and laundry.
- Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance
- You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.

Choose Your Room:
You may choose either a single or double occupancy room at The Vineyard Arts Project (VAP).
The VAP has 14 guest rooms located on three separate floors, each with its own distinctive style. Guest rooms include ensuite bathrooms, basic bathroom amenities, and equipped with complimentary wi-fi.

Deposit Only
- $150 USD per person
- Deposit is due by 1/31/23.
- You will be notified when remaining registration payments are due.
- Deposit will be refunded if canceled by 2/10/23.
- Deposit will not be refunded if canceled after 2/10/23.

Cancellation Policy:
- For deposit only: Any cancellation made after February 10th, 2023, will result in a total loss of the $150 USD deposit.
- Any cancellation made between February 25, 2023 and March 24th, 2023, will result in a 50% loss of total retreat registration for both single or double occupancy
- Any cancellation made after March 25th, 2023, will result in a total loss of retreat registration for both single or double occupancy
- We reserve the right to cancel this retreat if it is not meeting the trip minimum of 14 women
- If we do so, all funds, except deposits, will be refunded
- Deposits will be credited to use for a future retreat
- Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
