"As far as food goes, the simplest step is to ask ”Am I hungry”. I’ve been trying to do that this week and it has helped. Sometimes I am choosing to eat anyway, but at least it is mindful, not mindless! Lastly, I am consciously trying to flip “I should do...” to “I choose to do…” The flip of that mindset really helps to minimize guilt and relieve stress."
