Hi! I'm Coach D. & I'm your coach for unwind: body + mind.

For 14 days, we'll nourish our minds, hearts, bodies, & souls to release stress and understand what self-care feels like. Together, along with my favorite Beachbody Trainers & Yoga Experts, we'll ground ourselves through simple daily practices of meditation, journaling, & yoga. You can customize this experience based on what you need & all levels are welcome.

Grounding Practices

Guided Meditation

Meditation comes in many forms and it can be anything you want it be for you. Whether it's brand new to you or you've meditated for years, our short (4-11 minutes), guided meditations will serve you by calming the mind, soothing your soul,  and releasing negative thought patterns to create inner peace.

Journaling

Writing is powerful. Moving thoughts from our heads to paper not only frees up space in our minds, but creates awareness around where we are, where we're stuck, & where we want to go. Our daily prompts will help guide you anytime of day you choose to journal & reflect.

Yoga

Whether you've never stepped onto a yoga mat or are a seasoned yogi, these yoga practices are for you. Our short (10-22 min), daily practices will allow you to increase strength and improve flexibility as you get out your head & into your body, connecting yourself to the present moment. This is the essence of mindfulness.

We begin our 14-day online self-care experience on November 7th which means we'll finish just before Thanksgiving...the perfect time of year to practice self-care, self-love, and gratitude.
