Cocoon Portugal, our retreat location, is a 270 acre coastal farm and retreat center located on the breathtaking Atlantic coast of Portugal, near the charming town of Milfontes.
This is more than just a getaway; itās a chance to renew your spirit, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and form deep, meaningful bonds with like-minded women who crave what you do: peace, adventure, and a sense of belonging.

- Domestic/ International Airfare to Lisbon
- Arriving flights need to be booked for Sunday, 2/23/25, to arrive in Lisbon on the morning of 2/24/25.
- Transportation to and from Cocoon
- There is group shuttle to from Lisbon to Cocoon for an additional cost of $120 each direction.Ā Guests can also choose to rent a car (recommended). There is parking on the property.Ā Ā
- Additional activities: kayaking, surfing, massages, horseback riding
- Alcohol: The retreat center has an honesty bar where guests can purchase local wine, beer, and homemade chocolate
- Accommodation outside of retreat dates
- Traveler's insurance (not required, but recommended)

TRAVEL LOGISTICS:

AIRFARE & ARRIVALĀ
Cocoon is located in the coastal Alentejo region of Portugal. The nearest town is the charming Vila Nova de Milfontes. Two airports that you can fly into are Lisbon International Airport a two hour drive to Cocoon, or Faro International Airport which is about an hour and 45 minute drive. Lisbon has a lot of international flights, whereas Faro is where many low-cost European airlines fly.
Guests can book an optional group shuttle spot for transportation to and from Lisbon on February 24th and March 1st. The cost is $120 each direction. If guests would prefer to rent cars, there is also parking available at the property.Ā
We will also be creating a google doc where guests can share their information and link up to share a car rental.Ā
If you'd rather not rent a car, you can always taxi to the retreat center or take can take the Rede Express Bus from Lisbon, and we will pick you up near the Cocoon Bus Station.

For international travelers passports must have 6 months of validity at the time of entry.Ā
