Our Itinerary
OCT 22 - 25, 2026
DAY 1:Â Arrival & Intention
Arrive, exhale, and shift into island time with welcome refreshments and your retreat bag. We’ll gather for an opening circle and Pivot Pages intention-setting session to name what you’re ready to release and what you’re calling in, then share a grounding dinner and relaxed evening connection to ease into the house, the land, and each other. Plan to arrive between 3pm and 5pm.
DAY 2:Â The Power of Pivoting
We’ll start the day with barefoot grounding and agility work to wake the body and steady your nervous system. A group walk and scavenger hunt invite you outside for mindful time in nature. In the afternoon, we'll dive into “The Power of Pivoting” workshop, followed by a candle-and-closet release ritual to let go of what no longer fits. We’ll close the day with a restorative dinner and simple reflection.
DAY 3:Â Power & Presence
Saturday begins with a full-body strength and vocal empowerment session to build confidence, courage, and presence in your body. Then, we’ll move into a guided chakra meditation and journaling to clear, align, and listen more deeply to your inner truth. A creative integration activity helps anchor your insights in a tangible way, and we’ll finish with a celebratory dinner and closing circle to honor the pivots and possibilities ahead.
DAY 3:Â Departure & Integration
We’ll close our transformative retreat with a light morning stretch, then share breakfast and closing reflections to name what you’re taking home and how you’ll integrate it.
After checkout and goodbyes, you’ll leave with clearer next steps—and the grounded knowing that your pivots can come from truth, not fear.

From the Women Who’ve Been There
Real reflections from those who stepped away, reconnected, and came home changed.
Laura I.Â
"The Fierce tribe of women that Derith has nurtured and grown consists of women of all ages who are kind, caring, compassionate, genuine, vulnerable and supportive. Through laughter and tears and meaningful conversations, I have found a place where I finally feel like I fit in. For so many years while raising my kids I never felt like I quite fit in - at Fierce I have found my people and I am forever grateful to Derith and all the women of Fierce for all they have given me."
Alissa S.Â
“I didn’t know what to expect for my first retreat, but it far exceeded any expectations. I grew, pushed myself outside my comfort zone, and made friends along the way. There was so much self-reflection and self-care — things I hadn’t made time for in years. I came back a changed person with a new tribe that supports me no matter what. Women supporting women can make a huge difference in the world.”
EliseÂ
"I think the most meaningful part of the retreat was sharing it with women of like mind. Eating together, discussing together, hiking, doing movement together, journaling together. This is an experience that you should give yourself at least once in your life and more if you can! It is so good for your mental health and for your soul and we as women need to nurture these parts of ourselves so that we can be our best selves. Thank you again for the experience!"

MEET YOUR GUIDES
COACHÂ D.
I’m Derith — most people know me as Coach D. I’m a women’s wellness coach, retreat guide, and founder of FIERCE by Choice, a movement devoted to helping women fiercely love the skin they’re in through strength, self-care, and soul connection.
At its heart, FIERCE is about choosing yourself, every single day — having the courage to step into your truth, your power, and your next season with intention.
For over 25 years, I’ve been guiding women to create lives rooted in purpose, confidence, and vitality. I’ve led thousands of fitness classes, coached habit and lifestyle shifts, hosted transformative retreats, and built a community where women feel seen, supported, and strong — inside and out. What lights me up most is helping women remember their power, physically, emotionally, and energetically. Whether it’s through a barbell, a breakthrough conversation, or a quiet sunrise by the water, I believe we all have the capacity to shift, heal, and grow.
My coaching blends movement, mindset, and meaning — with equal parts humor, truth-telling, and heart. You won’t find quick fixes here, just real conversations, aligned actions, and a deep commitment to living fully and fiercely.
This Martha’s Vineyard retreat is your invitation to press pause with intention, ground in nature, and pivot from clarity instead of pressure. I can’t wait to walk alongside you.

CLAUDIA MORIEL
Meet Claudia Moriel, founder of The Lite Guide and your guide for meditation, energy healing, and “inner pivot” work on this retreat.
Claudia’s path began with her own healing journey through Hashimoto’s and years of brain fog, fatigue, and frustration with conventional approaches. That challenge led her to explore biohacking, nervous system regulation, meditation, plant medicine, and light/frequency-based tools—and ultimately to a way of living where science and spirituality work together to support real, lasting change.
Her philosophy is simple: when you get clear on what you truly desire and gently support your body and energy system, healing doesn’t have to be a battle. It becomes an alignment.
At the Martha’s Vineyard retreat, Claudia will guide you through chakra-balancing meditations, nervous system reset practices, energy work, and “Power of Pivoting” conversations that help you release old patterns, reclaim your clarity, and access a calmer, more resourced version of you.
She has a grounded, loving presence and a gift for making deep work feel accessible, safe, and even a little magical.
