Hi! I'm Coach D. & I'm your coach for The 4 Week Gut Protocol.

I love helping women learn how to prioritize their health and wellness from the inside out. Together, we'll learn exactly what you food need to eat, or not eat, to feel fiercely good in your skin.

Unaddressed food sensitivities can impact your digestion, energy levels, immune system, and even your mood. So, I've partnered with BODi Super Trainer and nutrition expert, Autumn Calabrese, to share this 4 Week* Gut Protocol with you to show you how the food you eat affects your health.

*The full length is 6 weeks because we begin with a prep week & end with a reintroduction week.

Throughout this program, Autumn, BODi, & I will guide you through a self-discovery of possible food sensitivities, help you choose foods that support a healthy gut, and help rebalance your gut microbiome.

The 4 Week

Gut Protocol

Change Begins Day 1

You'll cut out the most common foods known to give people digestive issues. You'll use color-coded containers and calorie brackets to make sure you're getting the right nutrients. Videos & PDFs help you stay on track and remind focused so you get the most out of every day. All of the guess work is take out so you can focus on feeling great! 

Fitness Takes It Up a Notch

There are 4 workouts per week for 4 weeks, 30-min each, plus a freestyle day like a walk, hike, or stretch. You'll build overall strength with eccentric exercises which optimize "time under tension" to help you get toned and feel fit. These workouts are no-impact and will help you build overall strength and mobility.

Tools to Help You Thrive

The 4 Week Gut Protocol includes a Program Guide, Food Tracker, and FOCUS videos with tips to encourage you on your journey. Plus, you get delicious recipes created specifically for this program. And our 4-week fitness program includes an intro video, Workout Calendar, and a Dumbbell Tracker, so you can see progress every week!

Success is a Team Effort

Need help staying accountable? All ladies in our Gut Protocol will connect in a BOD group (BODi On Demand) in an app so have a community to support you and help you make better health and fitness choices. You and our group will empower and motivate each other as you celebrate every success in this program!

The 4 R's

Remove

Starting day 1, you’ll remove these items from your diet and avoid them for 4 weeks. You’ll add them back in at the end of the Gut Protocol.

• Alcohol • artificial sweeteners • corn • dairy

• Gluten, including all gluten-containing products

• Processed soy, including soy milk, processed vegan meats, and soybean oil

Replace

We'll replace with natural and organic whole food when possible. We'll reduce our intake of added sugars, caffeine, & red meat, and add fermented foods to give our body a does of healthy probiotics to support efficient digestion.

Plants are important to your microbiome and variety/quantity are key every day, every week. Our goal is to get 30 plants in per week.

Replenish

We'll replenish your microbiome with the help of food and the Beachbody supplements that contain prebiotics, probiotics, and digestive enzymes to support gut balance

Supplements are optional and depending on what your body needs they can include a vegan meal replacement shake, and Revitalize & Optimize for digestive support during our protocol.

Rebalance

We'll not only rebalance our bodies but also our mind-body connection with strategies that manage stress along with our exercise program designed to support gut health.

We know that when we combine nutrition, fitness, & support, we dramatically improve our commitment and ability to complete this protocol which leads to BIG & long-lasting results.
