A real plan for your body and your life
MovementΒ that fits into your real life, not a fantasy version of it. Whether that's strength training, walking, stretching, or something else entirely β built around what your body needs and what you'll actually do.
HabitsΒ that are sustainable, not extreme. Small, doable shifts in how you eat, sleep, move, and recover β things you can keep doing in October, not just this week.
NourishmentΒ that supports your body without restriction or rules that make you feel like you're failing. Food as fuel and as something you can actually enjoy again.
And then β this is where it gets real β we go deeper. Because the plan was never the missing piece. It's the doorway.
PrivateΒ 1:1 sessions
We meet via Zoom for 60 minutes, every two weeks throughout your 90 days β six sessions total. This is your time.
We'll work through wherever you are that week: what's coming up in your body, your habits, your mindset, your life. Sometimes that means adjusting your plan. Sometimes it means working through what's actually been getting in your way. Sometimes it means just being witnessed in what you're moving through.
Between sessions, you have full text and email access to me. You are never on your own with this.
What you'll walk away with
By the end of 90 days, you won't just have a plan you followed. You'll have a different relationship with yourself β one where you trust your own voice again, where you know what you need and feel able to ask for it, and where moving your body feels like coming home instead of one more thing on the list.

I am Derith Avila β Coach D. β and I have spent 30 years helping women stop forcing, pretending, and pushing their way through life and start living fully, fiercely, and alive.
I am a women's wellness coach, behavior change specialist, somatic practitioner, and certified menopause coaching specialist. I created FIERCE by Choice and Live Fully, Live Fiercely Retreats because I know what it feels like to live someone else's life β and I know what it feels like to finally live your own.
The women I work with are not broken. They are buried. Under the noise, the obligations, and the relentless pressure of doing everything for everyone else. My job is to help them find their way back to themselves β through movement, coaching, and the daily practice of choosing themselves.
I named this work FIERCE because that's what it takes β not force, not pushing harder, but the fierce honesty to stop abandoning yourself and start showing up for your own life.
