THE FIERCE METHOD™️

This agreement is between Derith Avila, founder of FIERCE by Choice LLC (“Coach”) and the individual purchasing this program (“Client”). By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms.

1. The Program
The FIERCE Method™️: Private is a 90-day private coaching container that includes bi-weekly 1:1
sessions via Zoom, six 60-minute sessions total, and a personalized plan covering movement, habits, and nourishment. Between sessions, Client has full text and email access to Coach. Sessions are scheduled through a booking link provided in the welcome email.

This program begins the week of June 29th or July 13th, 2026, depending on availability at the time of booking. The 90-day period runs from the date of your first session.


2. Our Commitments to Each Other
Coach commits to: showing up fully prepared for every session, holding your goals and growth with care and confidentiality, providing honest and supportive guidance, and being available for
communication between sessions via agreed-upon channels.

Client commits to: completing the intake form before the first session, attending scheduled sessions or providing at least 24 hours notice to reschedule, showing up honestly and openly, and taking responsibility for their own choices, growth, and results.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Sessions must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance using the provided Calendly link. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

In the unlikely event that Coach needs to reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible and
offered an alternative time within the same week.


4. Payment Terms
Pay in full: A single payment of $1,500 is due at the time of purchase. No further charges will be made.

Payment plan: An initial payment of $500 is due at the time of purchase. A second payment of $500 will be automatically charged 30 days after the initial payment, and a third payment of $500 will be automatically charged 60 days after the initial payment, using the same payment method on file. By selecting the payment plan, you authorize these charges. If a payment fails, access to sessions may be paused until payment is resolved.

5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this program and the limited number of spots available, all sales are final. No
refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

If extenuating circumstances arise, please reach out directly. Coach will always work with you in good faith to find a solution.


6. Confidentiality
Everything shared within this coaching relationship is held in strict confidence. Coach will not share your personal information, stories, or session content with any third party without your explicit written consent, except as required by law. Client agrees to extend the same respect to any other participants in group sessions.


7. Coaching vs. Therapy & Medical Advice
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Coach is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. This program is designed to support your personal growth, wellbeing, and life goals — not to diagnose, treat, or address clinical mental health or medical conditions. If you are dealing with a medical or mental health concern, please consult a qualified professional. Client takes full responsibility for their own health and wellbeing throughout this program.


8. Liability
FIERCE by Choice LLC and Derith Avila are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by the Client as a result of this coaching relationship. Results are not guaranteed and depend on the Client's own effort, commitment, and circumstances.


9. Agreement
By completing your purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This agreement is entered into between you and FIERCE by Choice LLC, based in Needham, Massachusetts, and is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

This is a founding rate. When the FIERCE group program launches this fall, private 1:1 work with D. will be significantly higher. This is the last time this container will be available at $1,500.
