In Phase 1, we'll focus on the basics of healthy living including fitness/workouts, breaking bad habits, restructuring mindset, reducing stress, increasing energy, creating a routine, and motivation strategies
- Phase 1 includes:
- 6, 45-minute weekly coaching sessions on Zoom
- Post-session summary with notes/action steps to complete before next session
- Email/text support
- Options to add on more support if needed at a bundled rate
