This payment of $2,250 is your full retreat registration for a shared room (your own bed in a shared bedroom) and secures your place at The Power of Pivoting Retreat on Martha’s Vineyard, October 22–25, 2026.

 What Is Included:

  • 3-night stay at a private luxury home on Martha’s Vineyard

  • All meals during the retreat, featuring nourishing, locally inspired food prepared with intention

  • Transportation during the retreat

  • All movement, nervous system reset, and coaching sessions

  • Guided meditations, chakra balancing, and energy work

  • Daily journaling and ritual work using The Pivot Pages

  • Creative ritual / integration workshop (materials included)

  • Yoga mats, blocks, straps, and blankets

  • Retreat gift bag and take-home rituals to support your integration after you leave

What's Not Included:

  • Transportation to Martha’s Vineyard, including:

    • Domestic airfare or other travel to Cape Cod or Martha’s Vineyard (MVY)

    • Steamship Authority ferry tickets from Woods Hole to Vineyard Haven

    • Any parking fees on the mainland

  • Airport / ferry transfers on the island (taxi from Vineyard Haven to Edgartown is about 15 minutes / ~$40)

  • Any accommodations or transportation outside of official retreat dates

  • Alcohol (you’re welcome to bring your own or purchase locally if desired)

  • Add-ons, such as massages, private sessions, or other optional services not listed as part of the retreat

  • Souvenirs, personal shopping, and snacks or drinks purchased offsite during free time

  • Travel insurance (not required, but strongly recommended and not included in your registration)

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

We understand that life happens. Please review the cancellation policy below before reserving your spot:

  • Cancel on or before April 30, 2026 → 100% refund of payments made

  • Cancel between May 1 and July 30, 2026 → 50% refund of payments made

  • Cancel on or after July 31, 2026 → No refunds

In the event of a no show, 100% of the total retreat cost is due and nonrefundable.

However, you may transfer your spot to another woman (friend, family member, etc.) at no additional cost, pending approval.
