Here's What's Included:

Workouts
FIERCE workouts are tailored for women and are built on the foundation of moving to get stronger. All workouts can be adapted to any level so you can start where you are today.
In our app, you'll have access to follow-along-style videos as well as clip-style workouts, where you can go at your own pace and mix/match any exercises based on what you like/don't like.
I've also included stretching, foam rolling, and mobility training to ensure we recover between workouts to maintain balance and reduce overall stress on our bodies.
And you can always add your own!

Nutrition Tracking
Awareness is a key habit we coach in the FIERCE life and when we bring awareness to what we eat, we can change the game, baby!
This 4-week challenge will give you the opportunity to get a baseline of what YOUR body needs from food as it relates to your goals, workouts and daily routines. This is not a meal plan created by a registered dietician or nutritionist, but rather a global view of eating for overall health.
You can track calories, protein, carbs, and fat which will help you know what your body needs to feel its best; and it is completely customized for YOU!
You choose what works best!

Habits & Rituals
How many times have you tried to begin a new habit, only to realize that you forget to it over and over? Yup, this is a common cycle.
When we build your desired habits and rituals into your daily plan on our app, you'll have the reminders to take action and be rewarded for completing it with our checklist and creating a streak!
From hitting a daily step count, to getting enough sleep or protein, gratitude journaling, you name it, we can add it in to your daily plan. This is my fav part!
You get to choose the habits that are most important to you. We'll add them in and you can check them off daily!

Coaching
I'm Coach D. and I am here for YOU.
One of the biggest differences between this challenge and others is that you have a LIVE coach with you every step of the way.
You can message me with questions, we can troubleshoot, make edits, I'll motivate you, and we'll create your foundation for a solid summer, together!

Connection

Our app has a community feature where we can all chat and share how we're doing, what's working well, where we need help, and share tips, recipes, thoughts, questions, pics, etc!
In FIERCE, our Tribe is our heartbeat. They're this unspoken knowing, an "I get you" when we do this work together. The armor comes off, the permission is granted, and things fall into place in the most beautiful way.
You are never alone and this group connection will remind you of that every single day! And a little friendly competition never hurts.

Tools

And you can choose which ones you want to use or not. This is YOUR program, your foundation for a solid summer, so let's make it work for you based on what YOU need.
From food to workouts to sleep to stretching to meditating to calling your mom or bff... you can add anything that will help you feel balanced, healthy, and in charge of your summer!
You can connect your Apple Watch, FitBit, My Fitness Pal, and more which simplifies everything.
And you'll have access to our app for 6 FULL WEEKS! Access begins on Monday, May 25th, so you can get familiar with our app before our challenge starts on June 1st!

Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Coach D., founder of FIERCE and your coach for this challenge. For 20+ years, my passion has been helping women discover their inner strength and live life fiercely by prioritizing themselves and their health. I’ve designed our new FIERCE app and this 6-week summer challenge to give you the tools and knowledge to transform your life—on your terms.
Whether it’s lifting weights, eating more protein, or finding joy in the day-to-day, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
I can help you with workouts, staying accountable to your habits, manage menopause (peri/current/post) symptoms & strategies and with letting go of the guilt and resistance we often feel as women of putting ourselves at the top of our list.
