PRIVATE TRAINING

  • 1-on-1 Private Training allows sessions to be specific to your goals, likes & dislikes, as well as any injuries or specific needs you have.
  • This is ideal for any woman who prefers customized workouts, has a specific event to train for, is returning from an injury or simply prefers to be solo.
  • Private Training is available for 30 or 45-minute sessions which may be purchased as a single session or as a package of 10 sessions.
  • Sessions are offered both virtually and in-studio.
  • BONUS: Private Training packages also include a movement assessment, nutrition guidance, and weekly accountability check-ins. These will be scheduled and planned during your initial session.

As a 26+ year veteran in the fitness industry, I’ve coached people from all walks of life as they begin, transform, and endure their individual health and fitness journeys. I've taken my years of observation and training to create this specialized, one-of-a-kind, FIERCE system of private training to guarantee your results through smart fitness & habit transformation. I learned that scheduling is so important for me. I have come to realize that I need structure and I am so much more successful when I have it! I  know that keeping things simple is super important. I am picking three things every day that need to be done. I also love how you reminded us to accept change. Be kind to ourselves. Change happens. Day to day can change things. I may have a bad day and I am going to be more forgiving of myself and know that I can restart tomorrow and get back on track.
