HABIT TRANSFORMATION COACHING

  • This coaching experience packs it ALL IN and is the key to long term success. Together we'll uncover what's been holding you back by assessing habits & behaviors, current physical health, stress levels, nutrition, & overall well being to identify the areas you want to change, the steps to take to make those changes & then develop a strategy that allows to integrate these steps into your life to get unstuck and breakthrough.
  • Our habit transformation coaching is fully customizable so that your program is the exact fit you need to ensure your success and positively impact your health and wellness so you can set yourself up to feel fit, FIERCE, and fabulous!
  • You’ll learn how to integrate habits and behavior change into your everyday life in a way that feels doable, gradual, empowering, and sustainable.
  • Personal Habit Coaching is available in 2 Phases as described below.

THE 2 PHASES OF
HABIT TRANSFORMATION COACHING

 

Phase 1

  • In Phase 1, we'll focus on the basics of healthy living including fitness/workouts, breaking bad habits, restructuring mindset, reducing stress, increasing energy, creating a routine, and motivation strategies
  • Phase 1 includes:
    • 6, 45-minute weekly coaching sessions on Zoom
    • 1, 45-minute initial assessment Zoom
    • Post-session summary with notes/action steps to complete before next session
    • Email/text support
      • Monday-Friday 8am - 7pm EST
      • Saturday 8am - 12pm EST
    • Options to add on more support if needed

Phase 2

  • In Phase 2, we'll focus on integrating what we learned in Phase 1 to ensure long-term adherence and sustainability, as well as implement specific behavior change methods to facilitate change on a deeper level
  • Phase 2 includes:
    • 6, 45-minute biweekly coaching sessions on Zoom
    • Post-session summary with notes/action steps to complete before next session
    • Email/text support
      • Monday-Friday 8am - 7pm EST
      • Saturday 8am - 12pm EST
    • Options to add on more support if needed

Habit Coaching is
offered in 2 Phases

Each phase is 6-weeks in length

Each phase includes:

  • An assessment call
  • 1 weekly coaching call, for a total of 6 calls
  • Follow-up notes/action steps after each call
  • Email/text support
  • Options to add on more support if needed

Phase 1 coaching calls are available in 30 or 60-minute sessions

  • In Phase 1, we'll focus on the basics of healthy living including fitness/workouts, breaking bad habits, restructuring mindset, reducing stress, increasing energy, creating a routine, and motivation strategies

Phase 2 coaching calls are 30-minutes only

  • In Phase 2, we'll focus on integrating what we learned in Phase 1 to ensure long-term adherence and sustainability
