This payment of $750 is your deposit and secures your place at our Women’s Wellness Retreat in Salento, Italy. Your deposit will be applied to your total retreat investment.

The remaining balance of your registration must be paid in full by April 18, 2026. We will email you with next steps and a secure payment link (or payment plan options, if available) to complete your registration.

Deposit Policy

• Your $750 deposit reserves your spot.
• Cancel on or before January 18, 2026 → Deposit is refundable or can be used as credit toward a future retreat.
• Cancel between January 19 and April 17, 2026 → Deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another guest or used as credit toward a future retreat.
• Cancel on or after April 18, 2026 → Deposit is forfeited.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – All Payments 

• Final payment due: April 18, 2026.
• Cancel on or before January 18, 2026 → Full refund of all payments made (including the $750 deposit).
• Cancel between January 19 and April 17, 2026 → 50% refund of payments made, excluding the $750 deposit (see Deposit Policy above).
• Cancel on or after April 18, 2026 → No refunds; all payments are forfeited.
