This payment of $500 reserves a spot for one guest at the Laugh, Explore & Connect Retreat in Costa Rica, June 20–24, 2026.

The remaining balance of $1600 is due 90 days prior to retreat start date. We will contact you directly to complete your payment.

This retreat is $2,100 per person which is a total of $4,200 total per duo.

Please note: Each registration is per person so each guest must complete her own registration so we have accurate personal, health, and liability information for both of you.

What Is Included:

• 4 nights / 5 days at Hotel Finca 360 in Costa Rica (shared rooms sleeping 2–3)
• All breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages during the retreat
• Roundtrip airport transfers to and from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO)
• Transportation during retreat to all activities and excursions
• Daily movement & mindfulness sessions
• Mother–Daughter connection sessions
• Jewelry-making workshop so you can create something meaningful to take home
• All excursions: Blue Falls Tour, Juan Castro Blanco National Park visit, La Fortuna, Ecotermales Hot Springs
• Yoga mat, blocks, and straps 

What's Not Included:

• Airfare to and from Costa Rica (SJO – Juan Santamaría International Airport)
• Alcoholic beverages - available for purchase
• Travel insurance (highly recommended, but not required and not included)

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

We understand that life happens. Please review the cancellation policy below before reserving your spot:

• Cancel before February 20, 2026 → 100% refund
• Cancel between February 21 – March 30, 2026→ 50% refund
• Cancellations after March 31st, 2026 → No refunds available
• In the event of a No Show, 100% of total is due and nonrefundable.
