Hi! I'm a certified Menopause Coaching Specialist & the founder of FIERCE. I’ve been coaching women in health, fitness, and wellness for over 20 years, helping them get stronger, build confidence, and create routines that support their goals.
I created FIERCE in 2015 with a mission to empower women to take charge of their health, especially through the changes that come with midlife.
