Think of this is a bookclub on superfoods, complete with workouts & an eating guide!
For two weeks we will...
* Dig deep into our beliefs about perfectionism & identify our "false" stories
* Use Brene Brown's 10 guideposts of wholehearted living to love who we are, where we are now
* Embrace self-care through feeding our bodies with wholesome, natural foods from our eating guide.
* Balance our physical bodies with workouts for strength, vitality, reconditioning, & flexibility for all levels
* Reclaim a positive mindset by learning the powerful practices in Brene's book
* Plus, daily live coaching & feedback videos, complete with how to put these ideas into action
