Hi! I'm Coach D. & I'm your coach for the FIERCE Planksgiving Challenge!
This is the ideal time to get a little boost of motivation for our workouts as we head into the holidays.
Something as simple as a plank everyday has the power to inspire us to move, keep us accountable, and have a little fun as we do this together.
Plus, you can WIN PRIZES just for showing up!!!
Commit to planking and expressing thanks every single day and you'll be blown away by how you feel at the end of November!

Daily Planks
We start with 20 sec and work our way up to 2 min! Whew! This is a great example of bite-sized habits & the compound effect of daily effort! We can do this together! Every 7th day is a rest day, so, we'll recharge, recover, & get ready to rock it again! This calendar above is the exact plan we will follow together during our 30-Day Planks & Thanks challenge!

Daily Thanks
We'll express thanks for something every single day of our 30 days together. Not only does this remind us how much we have to be thankful for, it allows us to get to know each other better and offer support along the way! I recommend grabbing your journal for this piece too, so you can capture all this goodness to reflect back on in the future!
