This 45-minute full-body circuit blends dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, and bodyweight movements to challenge every major muscle group. These events create a transformative space where fitness meets rest, where challenge meets peace, and where every attendee can embark on a journey towards a healthier, more aligned life.

 As a certified strength and conditioning coach, behavior change specialist, and habit transformer, Coach D. will ensure you have the tools you need now and later to live a vibrant, healthy, and fulfilling life.
