"That's the trick, plan it early and write it down where I can see it and check daily. I have it on my board right outside my bedroom and bathroom on my gym wall, so it's in a perfect spot for either work location. I have been moving/walking at lunch, and I am enjoying that. I want to continue at least 3 days a week when we return. Food will stay the same. I increased to 2 fruit servings today. Trying. These tweaks will for me."
