After a summer of spontaneity, vacations, and schedule chaos—Come Back Week, Sept 1st - Sept 4th, is your chance to reset, reconnect, and reignite your strength.

Whether you're brand new or a long-time member, this is your week to feel supported, inspired, and stronger than ever inside and out.

Every class is built with intention to help you move better, lift heavier (for you!), and walk out feeling like your most FIERCE self.

Your Come Back Week Lineup

Monday   9/1

7:15AM  8:40AM  9:30AM

Kick off your week with intention, energy, and power. This 45-minute full-body circuit blends dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, and bodyweight movements to challenge every major muscle group. It’s more than a workout — it’s a connection of mind-body energy. You’ll leave feeling strong, centered, and ready to take on anything that comes at you this week.

Tuesday   9/2

7:15AM  8:40AM  9:30AM

No fluff. No cardio. Just weights.
This is old-school strength training — the missing piece in most women’s fitness routines. You’ll move through 3 focused stations in 45 minutes to target multiple muscle groups and increase your overall strength.

You’ll walk out feeling grounded, powerful, and proud of what your body can do.

Thursday   9/4

Let’s be honest — we all have areas we want to feel stronger and leaner in as women. This targeted strength training session hits the glutes, arms, and core with focused lifting blocks and serious intention in just 45 minutes

You’ll leave feeling the burn, seeing the gains, and standing a little taller in your strength and confidence.

Wednesday   9/3

Need a mid-week reset? This 45-minute class blends strength training, power moves, and heart-pumping cardio bursts to elevate your energy and shake off the slump... The perfect combo to carry you through the rest of your week!
Expect to leave recharged, reinvigorated, and fully reconnected to you and your strength — inside and out.

Wednesday   9/3

This isn’t just a stretch session. It’s movement with purpose. We focus on mobility, alignment, and functional strength to help you move better in — and outside — the gym. You’ll explore new movement patterns and learn how to engage your muscles properly for better results and fewer injuries. You’ll leave feeling open, released, and ready for whatever's next.

I’m Derith—aka Coach D—and I created FIERCE to be more than a workout. It’s a movement rooted in strength, self-discovery, and sisterhood.

Come Back Week is your invitation to return to YOU. After a summer of hustle, travel, and juggling it all, I’m here to help you reconnect with your body, reset your routines, and remember how powerful you are. As a strength and conditioning coach, behavior change specialist, and your biggest cheerleader, I’ll guide you through workouts that challenge you physically while uplifting you mentally.
