I love helping women learn how to prioritize their health and create balance in their lives to make staying consistent as simple as possible.

Together, we'll learn how to bring some yin to your yang with the perfect blend of weights, cardio, flow, toning, and recovery to feel fiercely good in your skin.

I've joined forces with Super Trainers Jericho and Elise from Beachbody to share this 4-Week at-home program with you to show you exactly how to maximize your time & results with shorter, full body workouts that create the FIRE & the FLOW we need to feel balanced & fit.

What is FIRE & FLOW?

With so much going on in your life, it’s hard to find time to be good to yourself. That’s why this program was designed — to bring more balance and joy into your life—and help you get in great shape.

FIRE AND FLOW takes the stress out of getting healthy and fit. For 4 weeks, you’ll alternate between high-intensity strength & cardio FIRE workouts and low-impact, body-shaping FLOW workouts.

The goal is to work you out, not burn you out!

What are FIRE workouts like?

Jericho’s strength and cardio FIRE workouts help sculpt muscle, boost your metabolism, carve definition, and torch calories through metabolic conditioning.

FIRE workouts are 25-30 minutes which you'll complete every other day.

All workouts include modifiers and intensifiers which means they're great whether you're just getting back into it or crave a hardcore sweat!

Equipment: light, medium, & heavy dumbbells and Resistance Loops.

What are FLOW workouts like?

Elise’s FLOW workouts are important to your fitness and recoverythey bring balance to your workout routine by helping you build core strength, improve mobility and stability, and reduce stress.

This is the yin to your yang which allows you to active small muscles & recover between FIRE workouts.

FLOW workouts are 25-30 minutes which you'll complete in between your FIRE days.

Equipment: light, medium, & heavy dumbbells and Resistance Loops.

FIRE & FLOW Daily Journal

Show yourself major love with the FIRE AND FLOW 4-Week Journal. Containing 5-minute self-care prompts and a handy habit tracker, this journal is part inspiration, part creator of healthy routines.

Daily prompts will hype you up and give your mental health a boost!

We LOVE journaling in the FIERCE life because of the clarity, perspective, and direction it gives us. This is another reason why we've chosen to collaborate to offer FIRE & FLOW!
