Join us for #BYFF Week from 9/6 - 9/10, as we kickoff our new fall schedule of FIERCE classes!

 

#BYFF Week is Bring Your FIERCE Friend Week where all women are invited to join us for a full week of free fitness classes!
 
This year is special because we're releasing all of our new fall classes the same week!
 
 All you need to do to join us is enter your name & email address below and you're in!

Attend as many classes as you'd like!

You're welcome to join us in-person at our studio in Wellesley, MA, or online via Zoom for as many classes as you'd like between 9/6 and 9/10.

Choose from Weights, Cardio, Tabata, HIIT, Yoga, Stretch & Tone, Conditioning, Roll & Release, Core, Outdoors and more!

All fitness levels are welcome in all classes too! Our coaches will offer any options you need.
